L'affaire des quatorze satanistes
Pendant la conférence au Beirut Freemuse a interviewé Rèda Zine. Dans ce clip vidéo il nous parle de l'affaire des quatorze satanistes, un procès qui a eu lieu au Maroc en févirer 2003. Pendant cette affaire des musiciens rock et métal ont été accusés de satanisme, d'ébranement de la foi musulmane et d'incitation à la débauche. Les musiciens sont condamnés à des peines de prison allant d’un mois à un an mais après la mobilisation locale et la pression internationale ils ont fini par être relâchés au bout d’un mois de de prison.

Rèda Zine est étudiant en média arabe et également musicien.

The case of the fourteen Satanists
During the conference in Beirut Freemuse interviewed Rèda Zine. In this video he’s talking about the case of the fourteen Satanists, a trial that took place in Morocco in February 2003. During the trial rock and heavy metal musicians were accused of Satanism, "acts capable of undermining the faith of a Muslim" and "possessing objects which infringe morals". They were sentenced to prison and the punishments were between one month and one year, but after a strong local mobilization and international pressure the musicians were free to go after one month.

Rèda Zine is a student of Arab media and also a musician.
