Ferhat Tunç aleyhindeki davalar düşürülsün

Uluslararası Müzik ve Sansür Forumu "Freemuse", Türkiye'nin, İnsan Hakları ve İfade Özgürlüğü sicilinin uluslararası alanda dikkatle takip edildiği bir dönemde ülkenin sanatçılarını ve entelektüellerini sansürlemeyi ve adli takibata almayı sürdürmesini üzülerek izlemektedir.

Bizler, İzmir'de 4 Ekim 2007'de Türkiyeli meslektaşımız Ferhat Tunç hakkında görülecek duruşmadan kaygı duymakta, Ferhat Tunç'un Türk makamlarınca sürekli taciz edilmesi karşısında son derece endişelenmekteyiz.

Ferhat Tunç hakkındaki tüm davaların düşürülmesini, ayrıca Türkiye kanunlarının, ifade özgürlüğünü kullanan sanatçıların hapse atılmasına sebep olan düzenlemelerin tamamen kaldırılmasına yönelik şekilde yeniden gözden geçirilmesini saygıyla arz ederiz.
